Course Description

This industry-focused short course offers a concise, practical introduction to the offshore wind farm development and project management.

Participants will explore the essentials of development and consenting, along with the environmental and socio‑economic surveys needed to support early project decisions.

The course covers resource and metocean assessment to evaluate site conditions, and geological and hydrographical surveys that inform safe design and installation.  Learners will also gain insight into front‑end engineering design (FEED) and effective project management practices.
